TYPES OF INTERPRETATION OFFERED

On-Site

On-Site interpretation means the interpreter is physically present at the location of the event.

On-Site interpretation allows a more personal interaction making it ideal for sensitive or private conversations.

Virtual

Remote interpretation is done from different locations using video conferencing.

Remote interpretation can provide more flexibility in everyone's schedule because it eliminates travel time.

Hybrid

Hybrid interpretation combines both on-site and virtual elements, allowing some to be onsite and others to participate remotely.

Hybrid interpretation can accommodate large events with both in-person and online participants.

Consecutive

What is it?

Consecutive interpretation is a method where only one person speaks at a time and the interpreter waits for the speaker to pause to interpret what was said.

How it works?
1. While the speaker is speaking, the interpreter is listening and taking notes.

2. The speaker pauses after a complete thought or segment.

3. The interpreter renders the message into the target language.

This method requires the interpreter to take good notes while the speaker is speaking, a strong memory to retain information accurately, and cultural awareness to convey messages before delivering it in another language.

Consecutive interpretation is commonly used in legal depositions, client meetings, interviews, etc.

Simultaneous

What is it?

Simultaneous interpretation is a method where the interpreter interprets as the speaker is speaking in real-time.

How it works?

The audience listens through headsets and the interpreter uses microphones to transmit the translated speech as it is being delivered.

This method requires excellent language proficiency, fast cognitive processing, and the ability to concentrate intensely to accurately interpret while listening to the ongoing speech.

Simultaneous interpretation is commonly used in conferences, international meetings, etc. where uninterrupted communication with minimal delay is crucial.

Certified Translation

To ensure authenticity, many organizations require you to use certified translation services. Your certified translation will bring a signed and stamped certificate of accuracy accompanying the translated document.

If your circumstances require a notarized translation, we are prepared to assist you. The notarization indicates that the translator must sign the certification in front of the notary public. How do I decide if I need on-site services versus virtual services?

When choosing a legal defense lawyer, consider their experience, track record, and area of specialization. Look for someone who has successfully handled cases similar to yours and is well-versed in the local legal system. It's also important to choose a lawyer you feel comfortable with, as clear communication and trust are essential throughout the legal process. Don't hesitate to ask for references or case results during your initial consultation.

A public defender is a court-appointed attorney provided to individuals who cannot afford to hire a private lawyer. Public defenders are often highly experienced, but they may have a large caseload, which can limit the time they spend on each case. A private defense lawyer, on the other hand, is hired directly by the client. Private attorneys may have more flexibility and resources to dedicate to your case. When deciding between the two, consider your financial situation and the complexity of your case.
